Deadline reminders
Creators with an active project receive automatic reminder emails as the delivery deadline approaches:
- 7 days before the deadline
- 2 days before the deadline
- On the day of the deadline
Projects tied to a specific event also get a reminder on the day of the event.
The deadlines that matter
- Award acceptance — 48 hours from being awarded to confirm acceptance.
- Shoot window — the period in which filming should happen.
- Delivery deadline — the date the final content must be submitted by.
If a deadline no longer works, talk to the business early — deadlines are part of what you confirm when accepting an award.
