Templates let you start a new project from a ready-made brief instead of a blank form.
Starting from a template
- Open Projects and click the + button to start a new project.
- At the top of the form, look for Start from a template — pre-fill your brief with a proven starting point.
- Pick the template that matches your goal. The form fills in with the template's brief.
- Adjust anything you like — name, location, dates, shot list — then submit as usual.
Good to know
- Templates are maintained by the Fieldlist team and cover the most common content requests.
- A template only pre-fills the form: the submitted project is a normal project and goes through the same review before going live.
- Everything a template filled in can be changed — it's a starting point, not a constraint.
