When a creator submits their content, you review it and either approve it or request changes.
Where to find deliveries
- Open Deliveries from the menu. Deliveries are grouped by project.
- New submissions are first checked by the Fieldlist team; a delivery appears for your review with the status Pending.
- Click a delivery to open its detail page.
What you see on a delivery
- The creator's information and social channels
- The project it belongs to
- The submitted media files, ready to view and download
- The creator's description of the delivery
- Whether the creator is interested in co-promoting the content as a collaboration (yes or no)
- The submission date
Approving or requesting changes
- Click Approve if the delivery meets the brief — the creator is notified and the delivery is marked Approved.
- Click Request Changes if something needs rework. Add a clear message about what to change; the creator is notified and can re-upload an updated delivery.
Tips
- Be specific in change requests — creators can only fix what you name.
- Approved deliveries stay available for download under Deliveries.
