Reviewing Applications and Awarding a Creator

When creators apply to your project, you choose who gets the job — and Fieldlist keeps the process moving automatically.

Reviewing applications

  1. Open Applications from the menu.
  2. Click an application to see the full picture of the creator:
  • Name, location, bio and website
  • Social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Their reel approach, equipment, specialties and reel styles
  • Creator examples — sample videos of their past work
  1. The creator's application message tells you why they think they're the right fit.

Awarding the project

  1. On the application you want to accept, click Award and confirm.
  2. The creator is notified by email immediately.
  3. The application status changes to Awaiting Acceptance — the creator now confirms they accept the deliverables and the deadline.

The 48-hour acceptance window

  • The awarded creator has 48 hours to accept.
  • If they accept, the status changes to Awaiting Delivery and the creator starts working toward the deadline.
  • If they do not accept in time, the award expires automatically.

Using the waitlist

  • You can waitlist promising applicants instead of leaving them pending.
  • If an awarded creator lets the 48-hour window lapse, the award automatically moves to the next creator on the waitlist — you don't have to do anything.
  • Everyone involved is notified by email whenever the award moves.
