A project is your request for content — it tells creators what you need, where, and by when.
Starting a new project
- Log in and open Projects from the menu.
- Click the + button in the bottom-right corner.
- Enter the basics: Project Name and Location (both required).
- Describe the brief — the form guides you through it:
- Brand / Business / Product / Event Name and what the Reel is promoting
- Intended use (Instagram/Meta Reels, TikTok, organic post, paid ads)
- Key objective (awareness, engagement, sales/bookings/visits, education) and target audience
- Practical details: best time of day to shoot, on-site contact, on-site considerations
- The overall vibe you're aiming for, style reference links, and a shot list (3–5 shots)
- Call-to-Action — what viewers should do, with optional exact CTA text
- Anything the Reel must include or should avoid
- Set the Deadline for final video delivery, and the event date if the project is tied to one.
- Under Timeline, choose Anytime if filming dates are flexible, or Set Custom Window for a specific period.
- Optionally add a cover image — it makes your project stand out in the list.
- Click Add Project and confirm.
What happens after you submit
- Your project is reviewed by the Fieldlist team before it goes live.
- Once approved, it becomes visible to creators, who can then apply.
- You will be notified by email when applications come in.
Tips for a strong brief
- A concrete shot list and clear must-includes get you closer to the Reel you imagine.
- Mention anything special about the location or timing (events, seasons, access).
- A realistic timeline attracts more applications than a very tight one.
